摘要：目的 对医院临床用血情况统计分析，以提高临床成分输血的科学性和合理性。方法 回顾性分析 2009 年 1 月至 2015 年 12 月在中医院住院患者的临床用血资料。结果
收集临床输血病历 623 例，病历记录总输血量 2511U, ≥ 60 岁老年患者占 56.5%，红细胞制品的用量占总输血量的 79.9%，人均用血量较高的科室分别是急诊科、骨科、妇科。结论
我院严格按照临床用血管理办法执行，加强临床中医医师的培训，关注老年患者输血安全，避免不良输血反应的发生。

Abstract：Objective To study the statistical analysis of hospital clinical use, in order to improve the scientificity and rationality of the composition of clinical blood transfusion.Method
Hospital patients were retrospectively analyzed the clinical use of information from January 2009 to December 2015.Results Collect the clinical blood transfusion medical records of 623 cases，
the medical records the total amount of blood transfusion 2511 U,Over 60 elderly patients (56.5%), the amount of red blood cells products account for 79.9% of the total amount of blood transfusion. the
