The resources and environment problems force industrial cluster to find a new path of transformation and upgrading. As a means of energy conservation and reduction, circular economy becomes an important way to optimizing the allocation of resources and protecting the environment. Combination of industrial cluster and circular economy can build a model to benefit economy and ecology, and provide new vigor and vitality for transformation and upgrading of industrial clusters. If you want to carry out circular economy smoothly in the industrial cluster, we will not only need to rebuild the cluster industry chain, but also try to get support from government , market, technology and so on.
