TFF3在大鼠实验性胃溃疡胃黏膜不同部位的表达来源：创新医学网? 　　作者：吕洋,吴靖芳,刘博　　作者单位：1.河北北方学院医学院组织胚胎学教研室,河北 张家口 075000;2.河北北方学院附属第一医院病理科，河北 张家口 075000) 河北省自然科学基金资助项目(编号：C2007000906) 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨大鼠实验性胃溃疡期间，三叶肽因子3(trefoil factor3，TFF3)免疫反应细胞在胃黏膜不同部位中表达的变化。方法：通过胃前壁黏膜下注射冰乙酸制备大鼠胃溃疡模型，应用免疫组织化学SP法检测36只大鼠不同部位胃黏膜组织中TFF3的表达。结果：(1)胃溃疡损伤后大鼠胃黏膜TFF3的阳性表达率为63.9%(23/36)。(2)溃疡周边部位TFF3的数密度要显著高于远离溃疡的其它部位(P0.01)。其中，溃疡周边部位TFF3的数密度从大鼠胃溃疡损伤后的第2天开始到损伤后的第6天呈递增趋势，且显著高于对应时期的远离溃疡的其它部位(P0.01);而损伤后的第1天以及第10天以后，溃疡周边部位TFF3的数密度与远离溃疡的其它部位差异没有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论：大鼠胃溃疡期间TFF3表达增高，溃疡周边部位TFF3的表达更强，TFF3对溃疡损伤起着保护及修复作用。 　　【关键词】 胃溃疡;三叶肽因子3;免疫组织化学;大鼠 　　Changes of TFF3 Expression in Different Position of　Gastric Mucosa During Healing of Experimental Gastric Ulcer in Rats 　　LU Yang1,WU Jingfang1，LIU Bo2,et al 　　1.Department of Histology，Hebei North University,Zhangjiakou,075000,Hebei,China; 　　2.Department of Pathology，The First Affiliated Hospital,Hebei North University,Zhangjiakou,075000,Hebei,China 　　【ABSTRACT】 Objective:To explore the changes of TFF3 immunoreactive cells in different position of gastric mucosa during experimental gastric ulcer.Methods:Acetic acidinduced ulcers were caused by injection acetic acid to subserosal of paries anterior gastricus.The expressions of TFF3 in 36 rats were detected by immunohistochemical SP method with antiTFF3.Results:(1)In gastric ulcer,TFF3 expression rate was 63.9% of cases.(2)The numerical densities on area(NA)around the ulceration were stronger than that far away from it(P0.01),especially among the second day to the sixth day after the experimental gastric ulcer in rats(P0.01).But in the first day and after tenth day of gastric ulcer,the two groups had no statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion:The expression of TFF3 during gastric ulcer is high.TFF3 expression is stronger around the ulceration than that far away from it.TFF3 can protect and respair the mucosa of gastric ulcer. 　　【KEY WORDS】 Stomach ulcer,Trefoil factor 3,Immunohistochemistry,Rats 　　三叶因子家族(trefoil factor family,TFF)是一
