中同头用医药2012 年10 月第7 卷第28 期 Chin咀Pmc Med ,Oct 2012 ,VoL 7 ,No. 28 • 15 • 严重萎缩上领无牙颁患者的鼻旁 剩余骨量分析 赵和平杨磊高巍然赵晓华 [摘要] 目的 统计分析上制骨严重萎缩元牙制患者的鼻旁梨状.fL边缘骨的厚度与鼻底牙槽骨厚 度，为严重韭缩无牙顿患者上顿骨前牙区的种植提供数据支持。方法 26 例严重上领骨主缩无牙顿患 者进行计算机断层扫描(CT) 的三维测量，对鼻旁梨状.fL边缘骨的厚度及鼻底牙槽骨的厚度进行统计分 析。结果 鼻底区域的剩余牙槽骨的厚度平均值约为5.5 mm，鼻底区域的剩余牙槽骨的高度平均值约 为6.1ωn，需要进行鼻底提升术进行骨增量。梨状孔区峨的鼻旁骨在鼻底水平以上3 皿与6 mm 水平 的厚度平均值分别为4.6mm 和3.6mm，可以进行骨劈开手术进行骨增量G 结论严重萎缩元牙锁患者 鼻旁剩余骨量满足骨劈开和鼻底提升术的要求，鼻旁骨劈开复合鼻底提升术可有效用于严重上顿骨聋 缩无牙制患者的种植体植入。 [关键词] 元牙额;鼻旁;剩余骨量=计算机断层扫描 Analysis of tbe remaining paranasal bone in the severe a仕ophy maxiUary of edentuIous patients ZHAO He尹啼， YANG Lei, GAO 酌i-ran , et al.
