The Amer ­ ican School Health Promotion Plan offers teachers engaged in related disciplines health teaching spe­ cial background and professional guidance . The plan includes 3 kinds of health education models ： biological medicine , education and aggressiveness . It is established on the initiative of health educa ­ tion and health promotion based on whole school approach , school health standards must pass the national certification . The plan emphasizes the importance of students citizenship and has detailed learning areas . The health education courses are spinally presented and the course contents focus on sex education and relationship education . By drawing from the Plan , we can establish a diversified mode of school health education , include health education into multidisciplinary curriculums , im­ prove the physical education teachers ability in health education teaching and coaching , and pro ­
