The CD injection - compression mold was designed by using MoldWizard module of UC software , and some key structures were mainly analyzed. The main c haracteristics of th e mould were taper mainstream way and the ring gate , and the c∞ling system layout was more appropriate , adopting pneumatic demoulding , and could automatically take off a gate. thu s could realize automatic cont inuou s produc tion. It ensured the quality of the product formation using lhe simulation software Moldflow for mold flow analysis.
