The mudstone of Kutingkeng formation can be u sed
240ºC NaOH to synthesize zeolite minerals by hydrothermal processes
[NaOH]= 1M at 240ºC using NaOH as the mineralizer. At [NaOH]=1M,
[NaOH]≥4M the product is analcime. When [NaOH] ≥ 4M, the product

/ complete in about two hours. The optimal solids/liquid ratio
1/ 15 is approximately 1/ 15.
