面。推行工伤保险制度是建立健全社会保障体系的…项重要内容。文尊重分析了我国工伤保险制度中有关工伤性质、归责原
则、认定依据、认定范围、认定程序、劳动能力鉴定、保险待遇、补偿原则、保险基金等问题，提出了相应地扩大工伤保险范
围、实现工伤保险法律化与社会化的合理建议。

Abstract: Industrial injury ÏDsurance system gr双dually develops from the modern ω11 law to a part of 由e main content of
modern social insurance and fonns the situation that many kinds of relief system of injuries exist at the 钝me time. Canying out
working injurie日， compensation system is an important content of establishing and perfecting the social security system. This paper
analyzes our coun位ys industrial injury insurance system from 由e fo l1owing aspects: the na阳re ofindustrial injury, the principle of
responsibility rule , the evidence of identification, the range of identification, the process of identification, the working abi1itys
identification, insurance treatment, compensation rule , insurance fund, etc. At the same time , it also presents the recommendations
of enlarging the range of industrial ir飞jury insurance, and actualizing iωlegalization and socialization.
