第七届全国土木工程研究生学术论坛 东南大学 2009 基于中间产品定价的建筑供应链利益分配 徐广，郝亚琳，黄有亮 （东南大学土木工程学院项目管理研究所，江苏南京 210096 ） 摘 要：随着建筑市场竞争激烈程度日益提高，建筑供应链这一新型的组织模式已经成为建筑企业追求自身发展壮大并获得 竞争优势的重要战略。建筑供应链是由多个不同性质建筑相关企业组成，所以建筑供应链管理的复杂程度远远大于单个建筑企 业的管理，其中最困难的是如何保证建筑供应链构建所带来的利益公平合理地分配给成员企业。本文讨论了当上下游企业分别 拥有中间产品价格和产量决定权时，对供应链中各企业的利益分配造成的影响，进而得出了具有价格决定权的企业将获得更大 的利益。分析了建筑供应链在信息共享情况下，讨价还价双方共同拥有价格决定权，通过中间产品价格讨价还价过程，使得建 筑供应链整体利益达到最大。同时通过中间产品的合理定价，保证建筑供应链成员企业从中获取了本企业应得得利益，实现了 建筑供应链利益的合理分配。 关键词：建筑供应链；中间产品定价；利益分配；利益 The Knowledge Management in Major Large-Scale Projects Group XU Guang, HAO Ya-lin, HUANG You-liang (Project Management Institute, School of Civil Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing 210096, China) Abstract: With increasing competition in construction market, construction supply chain is an important model for construction partners to gain predominance.Construction supply chain is composed by the construction-related companies of different nature, so the complexity of construction supply chain management is much larger than the individual construction companies, one of the most difficult problem is the benefits of building a construction supply chain how to be allocated to the member enterprisest fairly and reasonablely. This article discusses the upper and lower enterprises have the right to decide the intermediate products price and output , it impacts the distribution of benefits of supply chain enterprises, so as to come up with conclusion that the company which has the right to decide the price will receive greater benefits.In the circumstances of information sharing, both sides of bargain have the right to decide price, it maximizes the overall interests of construction supply chain through the bargaining process.Members of the construction supply chain obtains their own business interest
