医药导报 2009年3月第28卷第 3期 ·299· 清咽雾化液治疗慢性咽炎 56例 许 昱，华清泉，陶泽璋，陈桂芳 (武汉大学人民医院耳鼻咽喉一头颈外科，430060) [摘 要] 目的 观察清咽雾化液的临床疗效，探讨其作用机制。方法 慢性咽炎患者97例，分为治疗组56例， 对照组41例，分别采用清咽雾化液和西药制剂行超声雾化治疗，12d后观察疗效；并取咽部黏膜组织，在电镜和光镜下 观察治疗组治疗前后组织学及超微结构变化。结果 治疗组和对照组临床 总有效率分别为92．86％，75．60％(P 0．05)；组织学上表现为治疗后咽后壁黏膜炎性细胞浸润减少，细胞质中的空泡结构基本消失，核膜轮廓渐趋清晰，腺体 分泌颗粒减少。结论 清咽雾化液超声雾化治疗慢性咽炎能有效减轻局部黏膜的炎性反应状态，修复受损上皮细胞，减 轻患者症状。 [关键词] 清咽雾化液；咽炎，慢性；组织学 [中图分类号] R974；R766．4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1004-0781(2009)03-0299-03 TheClinicalStudyofChineseHerbalQingyanVaporousAtomizationTreatingChronic Pharyngitis XUYu，HUAQing—quan，TAOZe-zhang，CHENGui—fang (DepartmentofOtorhinolaryngology—Headand NeckSurgery．RenminHospitalofWuhanUniversity，Wuhan430060，China) ABSTRACT Objective ToinvestigatethetherapeuticeffectsofChineseherbalqingyanvaporousatomizationonchronic pharyngitis． Methods 97patientswithchronicpharyngitisweredividedintotwogroups：researchrgouptreatedwith qingyianultrasonicsteam inhalationand theothergrouptreatedwith traditionalwestern medicine steam inhalation．Changesin themainsymptomsandsignswerecomparativelyobservedbeforeandafterthetherapyin2 groups．Then thepharynxmucosal tissuesbiopsiesweredetectedusinglightandelectronmicroscopebeforeandaftertherapy． Reslllts Th etotal effectiverates forchronicpharyngitiswere92．86％ and75．60％ respectivelyinChineseandwesternmedicineultrasonicsteam inhalation groups(P0．05)．’ThehistologicalobservationrevealedthatafterChineseherbalqingyantherapy，thenumberofinflammation infiltrationcellsdeceased，thecontourofnuclearmembranebecameclear，andthesecretionofglandularorganreduced． Conclusion TheChineseherbalqingyanultrasonicsteam inhalationtherapyisaneffectivetherapeuticsofrthetreatmentof chronicpharyngitisthroughsignificantlyinhibitingtheinflam
