新乡市电池及电动车产业发展对策研究摘 要 当前，全球性的资源环境制约问题日益突出，为保持经济总量增长的同时避免破坏生态环境，发展低能耗、低排放、绿色环保的电动汽车已成为世界各主要国家的共识。作为国家战略，我国电动汽车进入全面发力阶段，受到政策、市场、技术、资本等多重因素的带动，电池及电动车行业正迎来巨大的市场机遇。新乡市电池产业起步较早，电池产品门类齐全，电动车产业发展初具规模，但是产业规模小、层次偏低、创新能力不足、同质化竞争严重，在一定程度上制约了新乡市电池及电动车产业的发展。 本文深入分析新乡市电池及电动车产业发展现状及存在问题，结合国内外产业发展现状及先进地区成功经验，提出相应对策建议，为新乡市电池及电动车产业发展提供一些借鉴和参考，具有一定的补充意义。本文共五章，第一章为绪论。第二章简要介绍了新乡市总体情况，归纳不同时期的工业发展重点，深入分析电池及电动车业发展现状及存在问题。第三章介绍国际、国内、省内电池及电动车产业发展现状，分析产业发展趋势。第四章，结合发达国家及国内先进地市电池及电动车产业发展经验，获得新乡市电池及电动车产业发展的启示。第五章，本章结合前面章节中先进地市经验和我市电池及电动车产业发展现状及问题，提出产业发展对策建议。认为新乡市应该发挥政府部门作用，完善产业链条，加强科技创新，培养和引进高端人才，实现产业快速发展。 关键词：新乡市；电池及电动车产业；发展对策 ABSTRACT At present, the global constraints of resources and environment problems have become increasingly prominent, in order to maintain economic growth at the same time to avoid the destruction of the ecological environment, the development of electric vehicles with low energy consumption, low emission, green environmental protection has become the consensus of the major countries in the world.
