General 总则 1.1 This procedure is applied to the calibration and control of the measuring and test equipment used for Code item at present and ensures the equipment with acceptable labels to be employed in JDB production of Code Item and its test and measurement. 本规程适用于本公司在用计量器具的检定管理,确保以检定合格的计量器具用于规范产品生产过程和产品的计量检测工作。 1.2 Calibration of the measuring equipment must be done according to the calibration procedure concerned. 计量器具的检定必须按照有关的检定规程进行。 2. Responsibility 职责 2.1 The Calibration Center Director is fully responsible for controlling the measuring instruments used in the HRPF. 检测中心主任,对本厂计量器具的管理负有全部责任。 3. Classification and Calibration Period of Measuring Instruments. 计量器具的分类及检定周期。 In Table1 there is the detail interpretation for the classification and calibration period of measuring instruments for Code item. 计量器具的分类、检定周期列于表1。 4. Identification Marks for Measuring Instruments 计量器具的标记 4.1 Equipment No. of Measuring Instruments 计量器具的设备编号 4.1.1 Each measuring instrument has its own Equipment No. as the control marks. 每个计量器具都有一个设备编号做为计量器具的管理标记。 4.1.2 The Equipment NO. can be applied either with label, stamp, paint or other method and the permanent identification shall be marked on the suitable location of the measuring instrument. 设备编号要用
