Methods: Analyzing the information on 2 patients of BP of diagnose, therapy, lab tests, pathology and further examinations, reviewing the literature and discussing. Results: Two patients were admitted to hospital because of Bullous pemphigoid. WBC and tumor markers were found above the normal range during the hospitalisation, and medium steroids for the lesion couldn’t get satisfying effect. Then lung cancer was found with further examinations. Conclusions: Bullous pemphigoid is always accompanied by other diseases. There has been more and more cases of bullous pemphigoid accompanied by cancer reported. Therefore, we need to screen the tumor maker to make a early diagnose when encountered with patients of bullous pemphigoid. Keywords bollous pemphigoid; tumor m
