摘 要 摘 要 在中华民族的历史进程中，“士”是一个独特的社会阶层，“士”精神更成为这一 群体特有的气质特征，很大程度上代表了中国古代社会的民族精神，传承了传统文化。 “士”阶层作为中国古代的精英阶层，借助“士”精神为华夏民族的发展与进步提供了 持久的推动力，在某些特定的历史时期，更增添了许多文化活力。在当代社会，尤其是 改革开放以来，中国经历了巨大的变化，在社会结构格局中，一个新的精英阶层正在崛 起，他们在社会思想和道德方面具有强大的引导作用。今天的他们就相当于古时的“士”， 从社会地位上来看，今天的“士”却没有古代的“士”那样受到民众的推崇，陷入价值 观混乱的局面，“士精神”的迷失问题迫切需要解决，关于“士精神”的学术研究也就 显得同样必要。 本文共设置六章内容，主体部分第二章从士和士阶层的基本概述入手，明确士的定 义和分类，以及士阶层的兴起和历史价值，奠定课题的研究基础。第三章选取先秦儒家 的典型代表人物孔子、孟子、荀子，对他们的“士”精神主张以及在“士”精神传承中 的作用进行了分别探讨，在论述中突出重点和区别，找到士精神在不同历史时期的特征。 第四章从综合全面的角度，结合儒家的典型著述，对先秦儒家士精神的多元化内核进行 了研究，总结归纳士精神的各种特质。第五章根据士精神的多元化内涵，找到对现代公 民人格修养塑造的启示，从内容和渠道层面同时入手，提出可供参考和借鉴的指导建议。 关键词 先秦 儒家 士人 士精神 启示 I I Abstract Abstract In the history of the Chinese nation, shi is a unique social class, the spirit of shi to become more temperament characteristics of specific to this group, largely represents the national spirit of ancient Chinese society, inheriting the traditional culture.
