Goal of teaching
Knowledge goal: understand the use of words: gift
Ability target: use gift to make up dialogue, cultivate students language ability.
Emotional goal: to study knowledge in cooperation, to cultivate students interest in learning English, to help students form cooperative learning attitude.

Difficulty: use gift to make up dialogue.
Teaching preparation: radio, teachers card, tape. Gifts from students.

Lead a dialogue:

3 Use the tape and students book.
Listen to the tape and understand the text:

4 Practice: make up a dialogue.
Divide the class into a number of groups, and ask the students to orchestrate the conversation about gift-giving. Check the students understanding in the performance.
