国家现代农业产业技术体系建设现状调查及统计探析 摘要：国家现代农业产业技术体系作为农业科技体制改革和科技资源整合形式的重要创新，是加快实现“四化同步”的战略举措，在现代农业发展各方面起着积极作用。通过对该体系相关主体的问卷调查统计，从受访对象对体系认可度、日常运行、经费管理、人员考核及评价等方面系统分析了体系运行基本情况和特征，明晰了目前体系在经费管理、内外交流、工作协调、岗位竞??、考核与评价、积极性调动、地方支持机制等方面存在的问题，在此基础上有针对性地提出了几点建议

Abstract： CARS，as an important innovation of institutional reform of agricultural science-technology and the integration form of technological resources，is an strategic move to accelerate the implementation of “four modernizations in synchronization”，and plays a positive role in all aspects of modern agricultural development. Through questionnaire investigation statistics to relative main bodies of the system，from the responses of system recognition，daily operation，funds management，personnel assessment and evaluation and so on，the basic situation and characteristics of the system running were analyzed，and problems of the current system in aspects including as funds management，internal-external communication，work coordination，position competition，examination and evaluation，motivation，local support mechanism were cleared，accordingly some suggestions were put forward.
