中山市社会保障体系现状分析 摘 要 建设和发展社会保障体系是促进和稳定一个社会重要手段之一，而完善的社会保障体系是社会主义市场经济体制的重要支柱。1949年建国初期中国初步建立了传统的社会保障体系，而在改革开放后中国的社会保障体系得到完善和重构，最后在我国确定社会主义市场经济体制后的90年代逐步走向完善。作为经济大省广东的社会保障体系的发展一直是是走在中国的前列，而中山市也始终秉承着省政府的工作思路积极完善社会保障体系。早在1984年中山市就成立了社会劳动保险公司，并于1996年正式成立中山市社会保险管理局。在刚过去的“十一五”时期，中山的社会保障事业也在社会保障的各方面完成了发展目标，并取得了新的突破。而在“十二五规划”中，中山市政府更是把民生工程放在了前面，进一步完善和发展社会保障服务。本文将就中山市政府历年来在社会保障服务方面的取得的成果和一些局限进行分析，并借鉴国内外的先进经验，为推动中山社会保障体系为人民提供更全面的生活保障提出一些对策与建议。 关键词:社会保障；现状分析；建议 Analysis of current situation of social security system in Zhongshan Abstract As a perfect social security system is an important pillar of the socialist market economy system, develop the social security system that is one of the important means to keep a society harmonious and stable. China initially established the traditional social security system after the founding of the New China in 1949,since reform and opening up it has been restructured and improved, finally the social security system moved towards the consummation gradually after our country steps onto socialist market economy system in the 90s.As a major economic province the social security system development of Guangdong has been walking in the forefront of China, the Zhongshan has always followed the work thinking of the provincial government and actively improve the social security system. Back in 1984, Zhongshan city set up a social labor insurance company, and in 1996 Social Security Administration was established instead. In the past Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, all aspects of the Zhongshan social security had completed development goals and achieved new breakthroughs. While in the 12th Five-Year Plan，the Zhongshan municipal government has even put the peoples livelihood projects first to further improve and develop social security services.This article will talk about the social security service achievements and some limitations in Zhongshan, And reference to domestic and foreign advanced experience
