先进制造技术论文 及时生产技术的浅析和实际应用 Timely production technology of shallow and actual application 班级：08营 姓名：吴秋艳 学号摘要：从分析及时生产的内涵入手，阐述了及时生产模式的相关活动，并探讨了及时生产模式对现代物流的基本要求以及推动作用。如今，我国造船业传统的生产管理模式难免发生生产过剩，库存积压，形成浪费，以致成本增高，因此提出了及时生产技术中的推拉结合式生产方式在精益造船中的应用与研究，文中列举了造船中推拉结合式生产计划的例子，包括船台使用计划、船台中日程计划、拉动式计划等，从而使船厂降低成本，提高 经济 效益，这里的JIT技术应用对造船生产的效益提高和长远发展都有建设性的意义。JIT最先由日本 企业 推行的一种生产管理制度，后来被西方国家广泛应用，目前，我国企业在引入JIT生产制度上存在很多盲目不切实际的做法，本文针对我国企业实施JIT生产方式中存在的问题进行了分析并给出了相应的对策，希望对我国企业推行准时制生产方式具有借鉴意义。总而，希望我国企业能从及时生产技术的内涵、基本思想以及目标方面充分理解，不要盲目照搬照抄及时生产的模式，准确实际的应用到个产业中，达到降低成本和提高效益的目标，精益找船中JIT应用就是很好的例子。将及时生产技术准确适宜的融入自身的生产模式中，促进其发展。 Summary: From the analysis of the connotation of timely production, expounds the relevant activities timely production mode, and probes into the timely production pattern of modern logistics as well as the basic requirement of the role.
