The transmissi n pr bability and the angularly averaged c nductance thr ugh the structure have been calculated and analyzed. T he relati ns betw een transmissi n pr bability and the Fermi ener- gies, the barrier width as well as the barrier height are btained. By making a c mparis n f angularly averaged c nductance in different Fermi energies and structural parameters, the c nductance pr perties are revealed.
