摘 要 摘 要 改革开放推动了我国经济发展，带动了我国政治发展，对我国政治文化产生影响。 这篇文章从历史的角度，并且运用比较的方法对改革开放以后的政治文化进行研究。 文章的第一部分指出政治文化的意义所在，第二部分总结了改革开放以来政治文化 建设的成就与经验。与改革开放之前相比，政治文化建设取得一定成就：公民主体意识 相对得到加强，部分民众法制观念逐渐增强，同时与改革开放之前相比，在公民心目中 已经树立起正确的政治价值观念和务实中和的政治思维方式，民主法治型政治文化初步 形成。但由于受各种因素的影响和制约，政治文化建设中仍然存在问题且政治文化建设 面临严峻挑战。 针对政治文化建设中出现的问题，提出解决问题的有效方法。可以从以下几个方面 入手：坚持解放思想，实事求是；发展社会主义市场经济；积极推进政治体制改革；扬 弃我国传统政治文化；借鉴西方政治文化。 关键词 改革开放 政治文化建设 成就与经验 问题 对策 I Abstract Abstract After the reform and opening-up policy is carried out in China, political, economic and cultural aspects undergo profound changes. So, it has influence political culture. Through historic and comparative analysis, this paper first stipulates the definition of political culture, elaborate political culture’s great strategic significance; secondly summarize achievements and experience. Compared with the situation before reform and opening-up, Chinas political culture’s has great changes .There are several aspects as the following: Citizens subject consciousness is strengthened; Citizens concept of democracy and law is strengthened; The dominant political culture is established and innovative development. Thirdly, political culture’s existing problems and facing severe challenges. According to the present situation of political culture ，we pursuit the way to China’s political culture .There are several ways as following ：Emancipate the mind, seek truth from facts; develop socialist market economy; promote the reform of political system; develop the useful and discard the useless on the traditional political culture; draw lessons from western political culture.
