CONCLUSION: Excessive nitric oxide produced by iNOS in the stromal macrophages may contribute to the pathogenesis of BE and its progression to EAC. 【Keys;adenocarcinoma；nitric oxide synthase;nitricoxide 【摘要】 目的： 探讨反流致大鼠Barretts食管（Barretts esophagus,BE）及食管腺癌（esophageal adenocarcinoma,EAC）发生过程中局部诱导型一氧化氮合酶（iNOS）的表达及意义.方法: 将8 L/L H2O2处理后，以正常山羊血清封闭，加入一抗1∶100 iNOS抗体4℃过夜，二抗为1∶100生物素化山羊抗兔，三抗为1∶100 ABC复合物孵育30 min，PBS冲洗，DAB显色，苏木素衬染细胞核，常规脱水、透明、封片.光镜下胞质呈棕色颗粒状着色为阳性，对阳性细胞进行观察和计数. 统计学处理： 采用SPSS100统计软件，方差分析用于分析组间均数差别，方差不齐时采用非参数秩和检验，Fishers精确检验用于比较两个率的差别，P005表示两组差别具有显著性的意义. 2结果 对照组全部存活；模型组死亡12只，死亡率为185%. 21组织学观察对照组未见病变.模型组术后引发反流性食管炎，食管下段黏膜炎症和增生的程度随观察时间的延长逐渐加重（Tab 1），并有部分发展为BE和起源于BE的EAC（Fig 1）.BE，EAC最早分别出现于术后第8周和第12周，在以后的各时间点两者发生率呈上升趋势，到术后20 eni JF Jr．Changing patterns in the in
