品管圈活动在降低骨折患者压疮发生率中应用效果 　　[摘要]目的 探讨品管圈活动在降低骨折患者压疮发生率的应用效果。方法 未开展品管圈活动前，随机选取2014年1～10月骨科骨折住院患者70例作为对照组；开展品管圈活动后，随机选取2015年11月～2016年8月骨科住院的骨折患者70例为观察组。对照组患者实施骨科传统常规护理，观察组患者在对照组护理基础上开展综品管圈活动，观察两组患者压疮发生率、护士压疮防范能力和患者对护理服务满意程度。结果 观察组和对照组压疮发生率分别为5.71%，17.14%，观察组明显低于对照组（χ2=4.516，P=0.034）。观察组患者对护理服务满意率为95.71%，明显高于对照组的85.71%（χ2=4.155，P=0.042）。结论 开展品管圈活动不仅能显著降低骨折患者压疮发生率，而且能提高护士防范压疮能力和患者对护理服务满意度 [关键词]品管圈；骨折；压疮 [中图分类号] R274.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）12（c）-0185-03 The application effect of quality control circle on reducing the incidence of pressure ulcer in patients with fracture HUANG Xiao-lan Department of Orthopedics，People′s Hospital of Guanyun County in Jiangsu Province，Guanyun 222200，China [Abstract]Objective To investigate the application effect of quality control circle activity on reducing the incidence of pressure ulcer in patients with fracture.Methods Before QCC from January to October 2014，70 cases of fracture hospitalized patients in the department of orthopedics were randomly selected as the control group.After QCC activities from November 2015 to August 2016，70 cases of fracture hospitalized patients in the department of orthopedics were randomly selected as the observation group.The control group were implemented orthopedic routine nursing，and the observation group were carried out QCC on the basis of the control group.The pressure ulcer rate，prevention from pressure ulcer and patients on nursing service satisfaction degree of two groups were observed.Results The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group and the control groups respectively were 5.71%，17.14%.The observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （χ2=4.516， P=0.034）.The rate of nursing service satisfaction in the observation group was 95.71%，significantly higher than that of control group 85.71%（χ2=4.155，P=0.042）.Conclusion The implemention of quality control circle can significantly reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer in patients with fractur
