毕 业 论 文 自然失水条件下两种铁线莲属植物幼苗生理生化指标的研究 学生姓名： 江婧 专业班级： 园林2010级2班 指导教师： 王非 副教授 学 院： 园林学院 2014年6月  自然失水条件下两种铁线莲属植物幼苗生理生化指标的研究 摘要 林地铁线莲（Clematis.brevicaudata）、齿叶铁线莲（Clematis. serratifolia）均为铁线莲属藤本植物，花期多集中在夏秋季节，弥补东北地区夏末秋初季节观花植物单一的不足。本文以林地铁线莲和齿叶铁线莲的幼苗为试验材料，研究自然失水干旱胁迫条件及复水后其生理生化指标的动态变化，并接纳隶属函数法分别对其抗旱性举行了综合性评估，为铁线莲属植物在哈尔滨地域的引种栽植供应了参考根据。结果表明：随着干旱时间的延长，两种幼苗的抗旱性逐渐减弱。复水处理后，两种铁线莲幼苗各生理生化指标都有不同程度的恢复。胁迫程度较小时，林地铁线莲的各种生理指标可以在短时间内恢复到正常水平，齿叶铁线莲的各种生理指标恢复到接近对照水平。随着胁迫程度的加深，短时间内均难以恢复到正常水平。结合隶属函数的综合分析表明，林地铁线莲的抗旱性较齿叶铁线莲强。 关键词　铁线莲属；自然失水胁迫；生理生化指标  Research in the change of physiological as well as biochemical indexes of the two varieties of?Clematis seedling under soil shortage stress Abstract Clematis.brevicaudata, C. serratifolia, are whole vines of clematis. Flowering phase almost concentrated in summer and fall and can make up the lack of flower plants in late summer or early autumn season of northeast. In this paper, taking the seedings of two Clematis as materials and the physiological and biochemical changes of C.brevicaudata and C. serratifolia were mensurated under natural water loss, integrated evaluation of insufficiency restraint of C.brevicaudata and C. serratifolia was developed by exercising subordinate function. That provides the reference basis for the clematis’ cultivation in Harbin. These consequences are displayed: With the prolongationof soil naturalwater stress, the insufficiency restraint of C.brevicaudata and C.serratifolia‘s seedlings decreased. After rewater management, two seedlings’ physiological and biochemical indexes have various degree of recoveies. When the stress is relatively small, various physiological index of C.brevicaudata can be restored to normal level within a short time, and a large variety of physiological index of leaves of C. serratifolia is able to be renewed to normal standards.
