技术知识特性、知识整合能力和效果的关系

摘要:高科技企业的生存和发展越来越依赖于技术知识的积凉与发展。研究表明，不论是l!.性或隐性的知识，
都必须依靠知识按合的力爱，尤其是部门问合作与部门内知识的系统签合，才能转化为企业的竞争力。由于不同
企业的技术知识的构成和特征存在着很大的差井，知识靠在合的有效方式、机制和按合的效采之间也就存在着很大
的差异。基于前人的研究成采和竣论分析，构建了一个技术知识特征、知识按合能力和效果之间关系的模型。

Abstract: 丁he high … tech enterprise s survival and the development rely more and more on the accumulation and the
development of the technological knowledge. The research indicated that , no matter the explicit knowledge or the tacít
knowledge , in order to change the knowledge into enterprise s competitive competence , all must depend upon the power
of knowledge integration , in particular in the crc邸… department c∞peration and the department 5 systematic knowledge
integration. As different enterprise have the different technical knowledge constitutions and the characteristics , the effec-
