艾迪注射液联合中药对胃癌晚期患者临床效果观察 　　[摘要]目的 探?艾迪注射液联合中药治疗胃癌晚期患者的临床效果。方法 选取我院2012年10月～2016年2月收治的胃癌晚期患者183例，按照随机数字表法将其均分为三组，各61例，A组仅采用化疗，B组同时采用化疗与艾迪注射液，C组在化疗基础上采用口服中药联合艾迪注射液进行治疗，对三组患者的治疗效果、不良反应及预后等数据结果进行统计学比较分析。结果 三组患者治疗后的效果比较显示，KPS评分改善≥20分者A组10例，B组19例，C组22例；KPS评分改善0.05）。结论 艾迪联合中药对胃癌晚期患者的治疗效果较明显，可显著提高治疗有效率，同时减少白细胞下降状况，对稳定患者病情、提高患者的生活质量存在积极意义，值得在临床上进行广泛推广应用 [关键词]艾迪；中药；胃癌晚期；临床疗效 [中图分类号] R735.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）12（a）-0139-03 Clinical effect of Addie Injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer LIN Bin Department of Medicine，Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangfeng District in Shangrao City，Jiangxi Province，Shangrao 334600，China [Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Addie Injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods 183 cases of advanced gastric cancer in our hospital from October 2012 to February 2016 were selected，all patients were randomly divided into three groups，61 cases in each group，group A was only given chemotherapy， the group B was used chemotherapy and Addie Injection，the group C was given oral Chinese medicine combined with Addie Injection for treatment on the basis of chemotherapy，the results of treatment effect， adverse reaction and prognosis of the three groups were compared and analyzed statistically.Results Patients of three groups after treatment effect comparison showed that group A patients with KPS score improved more than 20 of the 10 cases，19 cases in group B，22 cases in group C；KPS score improved to 20 points in the 26 cases of group A，the group B of 38 cases，39 cases in group C；and the decrease of KPS score in A group was 25 cases，4 cases of group B，0 cases of group C，there were significant differences were significant in three groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Addie Injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer is more obvious，it can s
