水闸大体积常态混凝土底板浇筑方法及保证措施 　　Baseplate Pouring Method and Assurance Measures of Large Volume Normal Concrete of Sluice 　　 　　 Ma Gang 　　（Guangdong Hydropower Second Bureau Co.，Ltd.，Zengcheng 511340，China） 　　 　　摘要：水闸是水工建筑物中最常见的一种，随着社会的进步，经济的高速发展，工程领域越来越多的技术创新，传统的水工建筑物以及混凝土结构也有了新的突破，以往只能在建筑、市政、水工混凝土大坝中见到的大体积混凝土，由于混凝土是一种最普通但又多变化的材料，说容易也不容易控制的一种材料，但随着技术的成熟及发展，大体积常态混凝土底板在水利工程中出现了，这是水利工程领域的一个突破，大体积常态混凝土底板有浇筑面积大、厚度大、方量大等特点，施工过程中如果控制不好，将产生冷缝、裂缝等质量问题，由此导致混凝土结构发挥不了应有的作用。本文主要介绍水闸大体积常态混凝土底板的施工方法及保证措施。 　　Abstract: The sluice is the most common form in hydraulic structures. With the progress of society and the rapid economic development, there are more and more technical innovation in engineering, the traditional hydraulic structures and concrete structures also have a new breakthrough. In the past, we can only see the large volume concrete in the construction, municipal administration, hydraulic concrete dams. Because concrete is one of the most common and diversified materials, and it is difficult to control. But with the maturity and the development of the technology, large volume normal concrete appeared in hydraulic engineering, which is a breakthrough in the field of water conservancy projects. The large volume normal concrete has some features, like large area, thick, volume square. In the construction process, if it is not properly managed, it will produce cold joints, cracks and other quality problems, so as to lead to concrete structures can not play its due role. In this paper, the construction method and assurance measures of large volume normal concrete are introduced. 　　关键词：水闸 大体积常态混凝土 浇筑方法 保证措施 　　Key words: sluice；large volume normal concrete；casting method；assurance measures 　　中图分类号：TU97文献标识码：A文章编号：1006-4311（2011）15-0105-02 　　1工程概况 　　江新联围应急项目龙泉水闸工程是通航孔底板总宽度为52m，长度为17m，浇筑厚度为2m（-8.9m~-6.9），混凝土浇筑量为2000m3，浇筑面积884m2，混凝土强度等级为C25，底板内布设冷却水管及内掺微膨胀剂。 　　2浇筑方法 　　2.1 现场布置根据混凝土拌和站的输送能力，以及现场的实际情况，计划投入3台混凝土输送泵，全部布置在水闸的上游，从左至右岸依次排开。 　　2.2 混凝土供应混凝土全部使用用商品混凝土，由混凝土拌和站采用10m3混
