摘 要 地理国情监测是测绘行业发展的新的战略方向，本文基于现有测绘、遥感数据资源成 果，深入理解并分析了地理国情监测研究内容，有针对性的进行了地理国情监测内容分类 标准实验，将其分为自然地理国情信息和人文地理国情信息两大门类，形成门类、大类、 中类、小类、子类等五种类别。完成了对地理国情监测数据组成内容的分析，针对数据类 型和应用特点，提出数据库标准化设计模式、影像动态调度方案和数据产品标准化内容， 力求实现地理国情监测数据标准化管理与规范。 最后，本文通过进行国家级自然保护区——乌岩岭自然保护区监测原型系统的设计与 表达，以点带面的将地理国情监测数据标准化设计思想融入自然保护区监测系统的数据分 类、数据库设计以及产品输出过程中，应用文中地理国情监测分类结果并结合保护区专题 数据内容，设计保护区 UML 模型，生成保护区监测专题数据库,通过面向对象的数据库设 计保证数据接口以及数据内容的规范统一性。基于三维地理信息平台，通过 c#编程实现了 保护区细斑监测与统计分析，最终生成保护区监测功能分区三维专题图。本文通过上述主 要研究内容，为地理国情监测研究提供新思路。 关键词：地理国情监测；地理国情信息分类；动态规划 ；数据库；UML 模型 - I - Abstract The national geographical conditions monitoring is the new strategic direction ，which it put forward modern mapping profession development. In this paper, based on the existing data results mapping and remote sensing, deeply understanding and analysis of research contents of the national geographical conditions monitoring, some classification standardized of contents of the national geographical conditions monitoring to experiment, divided them into the national natural geographical conditions information and the humanistic national natural geographical conditions information as two groups, and formed five classes such as the door class, the large class，the middle class ，the small class ，the subclass, establishment the classification of contents of the national geographical conditions monitoring. completed of analysis of contents of the national geographical conditions monitoring data, and proposed the model of standardized design of analysis about construction the national geographical conditions data and the standardization of data production，in order to standardized manage and profit the national geographical conditions monitoring.
