Since the middle and late 1990s, the insurance regulation modes of the two countries have undergone respectively a series of reform , relaxation of previous over-tight regulation policies , or ftlling up of the gaps in the existing laws, showing more and more similarities. We , however, are not to follow suit blindJy although the mainstream trend seems to be relax创ion of regulation over insurance.
