Abstract
In this paper, the chain of home real estate employee incentive pay system for the study, the analysis of the chain of home real estate employee incentive compensation status quo, based on the design principles of the remuneration system in combination with the strategic objectives and the actual development of the Company, on remuneration chain of family property staff incentive system the design. This paper discusses the background and significance of the study, focusing on motivation theory from a theoretical perspective review related remuneration proposed research ideas and methods of this paper in this theoretical basis; Secondly, it introduces chain of family property overview, focusing on analysis company currently exist in the employee incentive compensation in problems and causes; against the company in employee incentive compensation currently existing problems, propose effective way to pay reform, by selecting the appropriate staff remuneration incentive model, determine a reasonable salary system components to design a set of effectively motivate employees the incentive pay system.
