* 骨肉瘤病历报告 A case report about osteosarcoma 2014/3/12 Case report 15-year-old female, miss Tang. Chief complain: swelling pain on lower right thigh for over 4 months Present history: swelling pain on lower right thigh started 4 months ago, like a persistent blunt pain. And it increases after activities and relieves after a break. Swelling pain on knee was noticed sometimes. Pain increase at night. The function of joint is normal. About a month ago, a mass was found on the outside of lower right thigh, and it grew gradually. Nocturnal pain increased. No headache, dizziness, chest pain, dyspnea or numbness of right limb. And no chilling or fever. Spirit and sleep is fine . Normal cauda equina function . No change on weight * Case report PE: temp: 36.5, PR:76/min, RP:17/min, BP:110/75mmHg. Local condition: mildly limp, no deformity or swelling on the right knee, no redness on skin, temperature of skin increases slightly, no vein dilation, tenderness on10cm above the right knee. Motion, feeling and activity of the right knee is normal. Blood test: WBC:5.6G/L, neutrophil:60%, RBC:4.2T/L, Hb: 140G/L, PLT:140G/L. urine and stool test are normal. ESR:96mm/h. hepatitis B: negative. X ray shows: destruction of bone on the right lower femur, periosteal reaction, codman triangle and mass of soft tissue. * * Chief complaint 15-year-old female, Miss Tang.
