摘要 随着城市化进程的加快，城市规模不断扩大，道路交通设施容量与城市用地间的矛 盾也随之增大。城市的交通问题也逐渐显现出来，如城市客运系统换乘效率较低、拥堵 问题依然突出等。因此，如何提高城市客运系统的整体效率、客运站与城市交通的换乘、 缓解城市交通拥堵等方面具有重要而深远的意义。城市交通系统的一个重要组成部分是 汽车客运站，它实现了城市各交通方式的转运和换乘功能。由于城市的发展，汽车客运 站已经由以前的城市中心开始向城市边缘发展，短时间内客流有较大的聚集，合理有效 的疏导可以减少对周围地区的负面影响。过去，在建设汽车客运站时对客运站外部交通 组织的考虑较少，如客运站车辆与城市交通方式的换乘问题，由于大部制改革之前，铁 路、城市交通、公路等都是为了自己的利益各自为政，而使许多汽车客运站进出站车辆 外部交通流线较为混乱，与城市交通的衔接不合理，造成客运站周围道路拥挤不堪。 本文研究过程中理论与实践相结合，并指导实践。研究思路是：在汽车客运站现有 的理论的基础上，研究汽车客运站外部交通组织的界定以及影响因素；再根据现有汽车 客运站外部交通组织存在的问题，提出客运站外部交通组织设计的目的和要求；最后再 根据交通影响评价提出外部交通组织的方法。文章最后以应用案例来说明。 关键词：外部交通组织 优化方法 交通影响评价 1 Abstrsct With the speeding up of urbanization and the enlargement of city scale, urban land development and the contradiction between the capacity of road traffic facilities will be more prominent.
