摘 要 零售业是国民经济重要产业，它反映着一个国家经济发展和社会繁荣的程度。 近年来，随着国内市场经济环境的变化，外资零售企业进入中国市场，加之国际金 融危机的影响，我国零售企业之间的竞争日益激烈，行业利润越来越低。苏宁电器 要实现企业的持续快速健康发展，赢得更多的市场份额和利润，最根本的是要提高 企业自身的竞争力水平。 本文根据我国零售企业竞争力的特点，建立了零售企业竞争力评价指标体系， 以零售行业竞争为背景，对包括苏宁电器在内的 40 家国内零售业上市公司进行研 究，分析其竞争优势和劣势，了解其在行业中所处的位置，并找出影响苏宁电器企 业竞争力提升的主要因素，提出提升苏宁电器企业竞争力应采取的策略。 关键词：零售企业；竞争力；苏宁电器 Abstract Retail is an important industry in the national economy ，it reflects economic development and social prosperity level of the country.In recent years ，with the changes for the environment of market economy in the domestic ， foreign-funded retail enterprises to enter the Chinese market ，coupled with the international financial crisis ， the retail sales competition among enterprises are increasingly fierce ，industry profits getting lower and lower. To achieve sustained ，rapid and healthy development of enterprises ，and win more market share and profits ，the most fundamental things to Suning Appliance is to improve the level of competitiveness. According to characteristics of the retail enterprise competitiveness in our country ， the article established the evaluation index system of retail enterprise competitiveness ， as the background for retail competition ，research 40 retailers listed companies in domestic including Suning Appliance retailers ， analysis their advantages and weaknesses in competitiveness ，learn their position in the industry ，and identify the main factors which affecting the competitiveness of enterprises to upgrade ，proposed the strategy to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises to Suning Appliance.
