Results: There was close jointing between Master of Advanced Practice Registered Nurses(APRN) education and the professional qualification in USA. The certificating, accrediting, licensing and educating institutions worked together to regulate the training process and quality of APRNs. Conclusions: We should clarify the types of nursing specialists which could be linked to the Master of Nursing Specialist and improve the education system of the Master of Nursing Specialist to ensure the effective jointing between the Master of Nursing Specialist education and the professional qualification.
