Placing Anderson’s historiography in Feudalism into the background of the mid-20th century British social transformation and the development of British Marxism history school, the author made a further and careful study on Anderson’s Feudalism thoughts. There are six parts in the thesis including the introduction 、four chapters and the conclusion. The second and the third chapters are the center of this thesis.
