全程化导师制教育实习模式与中学历史教师培养问题研究——以曲阜师范大学历史专业本科教育实习模式为例的探讨.pdfVIP

摘要 随着新课程改革的推进，中学历史教学工作对中学历史教师的专业素质提出了越来越 高的要求，而作为师范院校培养和提高师范生从师素养与专业能力的教育实习也更加的被 重视起来。然而当前大多数师范院校传统的教育实习模式，在教育实习的时间、目的、内 容、学校与评价等方面存在着某些缺陷，不能适应当前新课改条件下对中学教师的培养要 求，因此师范院校教育实习模式改革得到更多的关注。 针对传统的教育实习模式在未来教师从业能力培养方面的不足，曲阜师范大学历史文 化学院结合多年的师范生培养经验，对本科生的教育实习模式进行了相关探索，从而摸索 出了一套适合师范生的高效实习模式——全程化导师制教育实习模式。本文结合曲阜师范 大学历史文化学院本科生教育实习的状况，采用实践调查法对全程化导师制教育实习模式 进行了研究总结，藉此对师范院校本科生教育实习以及中学历史教师培养提供借鉴。 本文主要分三个部分对该问题进行了研究：第一部分概述全程化导师制教育实习模式 的内涵及特点；第二部分通过问卷调查该实习模式的实施情况，总结其在中学历史教师培 养上的有益经验及实施过程中出现的问题；第三部分对该教育实习模式做客观评价，并针 对存在的不足提出优化建议。希望通过对该问题的研究，能为其它师范院校的教育实习提 供一些借鉴经验，对师范生的培养有所启发。 关键词：教育实习模式；全程化导师制；中学历史教师培养 万方数据 Abstract Along with the new curriculum reform, the professional quality and demand of middle school history teaching of middle school history teacher is higher, as the cultivation of middle school teachers in the curriculum reform has also been increasingly concerned, and as the foster and improve the students quality and professional ability of teaching plan in institutions of higher learning teaching practice is also more attention.
