Zhu Xiangru May,2015 摘 要 疼痛共情是指个体对他人疼痛的感知和情绪反应，对个体生存和社会适应具有重要 的意义。个体情绪状态是对其疼痛共情影响的重要因素。 已有研究表明，个体的不同情绪状态会影响个体对他人的疼痛共情。基于此，本研 究选取了四种基本情绪中的两种：愤怒、悲伤来探讨其对疼痛共情的影响，采取实验研 究方法和事件相关电位研究来探讨这些问题。 本研究采用3 （情绪：愤怒，悲伤，中性）×2 （任务：疼痛、不痛）被试内实验设 计，选取电极点F3 、Fz 、F4 、FC3 、FCz 、FC4 、C3、Cz 、C4 、CP3 、CPz 、 CP4 、P3 、Pz 、P4 ；主要考察的脑电成分有：前期成分N1 、P2 、N2 和晚期正成分 LPC 。 实验得到如下结论： 1.悲伤情绪、愤怒情绪与中性情绪相比，抑制了个体的疼痛共情加工的早期阶段， 这表现在行为反应时变长和脑电早期成分的波幅上。 2.被试在早期识别加工阶段对疼痛图片比不痛图片更易更快，这反映在反应时和早 期成分波幅上；而在后期精细加工阶段对疼痛图片的加工深度更深，这反映在晚期正成 分LPC 上。 3.悲伤情绪、愤怒情绪影响了疼痛共情，与不疼痛图片相比，对疼痛图片影响更大。 总之，本研究采用ERP 技术探讨了情绪对疼痛共情的影响，丰富了对疼痛共情影 响因素的研究，为以后进一步的研究提供了实验依据和理论参考。 关键词：情绪，疼痛共情，ERP I ABSTRACT Empathy for pain implies perception, judgment and emotional reaction to others ’ pain,which is of important significance to individual survival and social adaptation . Empathy for pain is influenced by multiple factors, of which the individuals emotional state play an important role.
