布洛芬颗粒有关物质检测方法探究 　　【摘 要】目的：建立一种能用于布洛芬颗粒中有关物质控制的HPLC方法。方法：采用YMC C18 （ 150 mm×4. 6 mm，5 μm）色谱柱；流速：2 mlmin-1；检测波长：214nm；流动相：磷酸溶液（pH2.5）- 乙腈（66：34）；柱温：30℃；进样量为5μL。结果：布洛芬与其各杂质能达到基线分离；布洛芬颗粒中的辅料不干扰有关物质的测定；方法的线性、准确性、灵敏度均能满足要求。结论：本文所建方法为布洛芬颗粒的评价、质量控制提供了较好的分析手段 【关键词】布洛芬颗粒 有关物质 RP-HPLC 【Abstract】 Objective：To develop an HPLC method for determination the related substances of Ibuprofen granules.Method：The separation was performed on a column of YMC C18 （ 150 mm×4. 6 mm，5 μm）， with acetonitrile：pH2.5 phosphate buffer （66 ： 34） as the mobile phase at flow rate of 2.0ml/min.
