OOI: 10. 14036/j. cnki. cnl1-4513. 2015. 06.010 部债育学院学报 内蒙古自治区中小学教师参与体育活动的现状 Investigation and Analysis on the Primary and Middle School Teachers Participation of Physical Activities in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region 李冬梅 LI Dongmei 摘 要:采用问卷调查的方法对内蒙古自治区部分中小学教师参与体育活动的现状进行调查，结果显 示，中小学教师承受着来自各方面的压力较大，在参加体育活动方面，具有明显的年龄特征。参与体育 活动的人数，次数与时间上，高年龄段教师好于低年龄段教师，这与过去研究报道所显示的中间低两头 高的结果有一定的差距。没有时间、工作忙、身心疲惫是制约和影响中小学教师参加体育锻炼的最主 要因素。最后提出建议:政府和学校有关部门应积极采取措施，加大管理力度，让体育健身活动成为中 小学教师生活中不可缺少的部分。 关键词:体育教育;中小学教师;参与体育活动;现状;内蒙古自治区 中圄分类号: G 80-051 文章编号:1009-783X(201日06-0521-04 文献标志码:A Abstract: With the method of questionnaire investigation ,this paper investigated and analyzed the current situation of the teachers participation of physical activities. The result shows that primary and middle school teachers face relatively big pressure from various aspects. In the aspect of physical activity partici- pation ,age is a prominent factor that differentiates teachers performance. Comparing the number of par- ticipants ,the frequency and the duration of participation ,teachers in the higher age spectrum have better performance than those in the lower age spectr山n. This discovery is obviously different from the previous research ,which showed a normal distribution. The primary factor that limits teachers participation of physical activities is their work load ,which causes them physically and mentally exhausted. lt suggests the relevant govemment and school departments take proactive measures to get this situation better managed , so that physical activities can be made a necessary part of the teachers daily life.
