Each of the facto was tested in fou levels, and is an aly zed acco ding to the selected o thogonal analysis. The esults show that th e th ee facto s h as diffe ent influence on cooling efficien cy and ov e -cu ent esistance; the cooling efficiency of the packin g was the high est when outdoo wet bulb tempe atu e was 23 ℃, wind sp eed was 3 m/s and wate -vapo atio was 0 .3 .
