·16 · 20 8 1999 8 恶性肿瘤动物模型的建立 上海第二医科大学附属第九人民医院颌面外科(200011)　邱存平　吴　红 　建立恶性肿瘤动物模型是医学科研工作者重要的研究手段。 恶性肿瘤的自发肿瘤模型, 发肿瘤模型 和移植肿瘤模型有着各自的机体与外界施加因素之间对立平衡, 外界因素逐渐被机体所转化和接纳, 最终导致肿 瘤形成, 同时机体也荷瘤。 因此, 任何影响动物和施加因素的条件均可促进和减弱肿瘤形成的起始、进展、结局。 就三种恶性肿瘤动物模型建立过程中启示呈现出来, 并对不同模型特点和选择进行评述。 　肿瘤　动物模型 The Thoughts in Established Animal Model of Malignant Tumor 　　Qiu Cunp ing, Wu Hong .S hanghai S econd Med ica l University 200011 Abstract　Animal model of malignant tumor is a important medical research methods.There is a balance betw een the spontaneous model、chemical induced model and transplanted model of malignant tumor respectively and its action factor. The balance is continuously disrupted, and then reestablished.Finally, the action factor is transformed and accepted by the targeted organ of the animals.The result of this process is tumorigenesis and animals burdening tumor.In this process, the factors w hich influence the tested animals and action factors will increase or decrease the initiation、progress and result of tumorigenesis.Experimental purpose determines the selection of animal model.
