现代临床护理（Modern Clinical Nursing）2013.12（7） 8 软性角膜接触镜配戴者相关知识及行为的调查分析 彭妙，曾莹，李海连，张泽华 （暨南大学附属珠海医院眼科，广东珠海，519000） ［摘要］　目的　探讨配戴软性角膜接触镜（soft contact lens，SCL）者对相关知识及行为状况。方法　对 200 名在本院眼 科门诊就诊的 SCL 配戴者进行 SCL 相关知识及行为问卷调查，了解 SCL 配戴者相关知识及行为状况。结果　200 名 SCL 配 戴者中 73.50% 未做眼专科检查直接配戴 SCL，18.00% 坚持定期复查 ,87.00% 佩戴者不清楚配戴 SCL 的禁忌症；配戴者对 SCL 屈光度的选择、分辨镜片正反面知识掌握较好；＜6 个月组（初戴者）在手部清洁、镜片检查、 配戴镜片、镜片清洁 4 方面 戴镜行为正确率明显低于≥6 个月组，中专及以下组在使用时间长、戴镜睡觉、手部清洁、镜片清洁 4 方面戴镜行为正确率明 显低于大专及以上组，两组比较，均 P ＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论　SCL 配戴者对相关知识了解较少，配戴行为有待改 善，尤其初戴和学历较低者。 ［关键词］　软性角膜接触镜；行为习惯；健康教育 ［中图分类号 ］　R47 1　［文献标识码 ］　A　［文章编号 ］　 167 1-8283 （20 13）07-0008-04　［DOI］　 10.3969/j .issn.167 1-8283.20 13.07.003 Investigation of soft contact lens related knowledge and wearing behaviors Peng Miao，Zeng Ying，Li Hailian，Zhang Zehua ∥ Modern Clinical Nursing，-2013，12（7）：08. ［Abstract］　Objective　To investigate the soft contact lens related knowledge and wearing behaviors．Method　Two hundred outpatients in the ophthalmologic clinic wearing SCL involved in the survey by the questionnaire to investigate the SCL-related knowledge and the wearing behaviors．Results　In the 200 SCL wearer，73.50% did not make any examinations by specialists and only 18.00% of them took regular examinations．The wearers were good at the knowledge of selecting SCL diopter and positive and negative lens．The wearers with a history of less than 6 months were better than those wearing SCL more than 6 months in respect of hand cleaning，lens check，lens wearing， and lens cleaning．The wears with the education of two-year vocational training were significantly better than those with the education of three- year or more collegiate training in respect of wearing duration，sleep with lens，hand cleaning and lens cl
