私立学校初中生心理健康调查及情绪管理 心理干预研究 摘 要 随着经济条件的提升，私立学校的数量也在提升，私立学校初中生的心理健康问题不容忽视。荆州市在近十年内，私立学校由两所增加到七所，所以为了对荆州市私立学校初中生的心理健康状况进行较全面的了解，对本文使用王极盛教授的中国中学生心理健康量表对荆州市某私立学校的全体初中生进行了心理健康调查，通过spss13.0的数据分析得出如下结果：该校心理健康问题总检出率为57.6％，强迫症状上检出率为68.5％，偏执上的检出率为52.1％，敌对上的检出率为47.1％，人际关系紧张与敏感上的检出率为58.7％，抑郁上的检出率为56.2％，焦虑上的检出率为65％，学习压力上的检出率为74.1％，适应不良上的检出率为64.5％，情绪不平衡上的检出率为75.6％，心理不平衡上的检出率为41.1％。另外，女生在总分、强迫症状、人际敏感、焦虑、抑郁、敌对等因子上的健康水平明显低于男生。留守子女在总分、适应不良、人际敏感、情绪不平衡、心理不平衡等因子上的健康水平明显低于非留守子女。毕业班级在总分、焦虑、强迫等因子上的健康水平明显低于非毕业班级。 另外，为了对某私立学校初中生的心理健康问题进行探索性的解决，本文针对检出率最高的情绪不平衡这一因子，通过团体辅导的方式进行了心理干预，结果显示干预组比对照组在情绪不平衡上的心理健康问题得到了明显改善。团体辅导具有显著效果。 关键词：私立学校，初中生，心理健康，团体辅导 The investigate on mental health and intervention on the emotion management in private middle schoool Abstract As economic conditions improve, the number of private schools in lifting, Private middle school students mental health problems should not be ignored.In the past ten years, the number of private school in Jingzhou improves from two to seven.So, in order to get more comprehensive understanding of the mental health of junior students In private schools in Jingzhou, we use Professor Wang’s MSSMHS.By the use of spss13.0,we get the survey results: 57.6％ of students with psychological problems, 68.5％of students with obsessive compulsive symptoms, 52.1％of students with aranoid problems, 47.1％of students with hostile problems,58.7％of students with Interpersonal sensitivity problems, 56.2％of students with depression problems, 65％of junior students with anxiety problems, 74.1％of junior students with tudy pressure problems, 64.5％of junior students with maladaptiveproblems, 75.6％of students with emotional balance problems, 41.1％of students with sychological balance problems.
