16卷6期 自 然 灾 害 学 报 Vo1．16．No．6 2007年l2月 JOURNAL OF NATURAL DISASTERS Dec．2oo7 文章编号：1004—4574(2007)06—0008—07 古代黄河中游的环境变化和灾害 — — 对都城迁移发展的影响 李 燕，黄春长，殷淑燕，仇立慧 (陕西师范大学旅游与环境学院，陕西西安710062) 摘要：都城的选址、建设和迁移发展必须以环境资源为基础。我国古代的国家都城在黄河中游反复迁 移，以至最后东迁南迁。在这个过程中，环境变迁和灾害一直是重要的驱动因素之一。通过统计分析 历史时期洪涝和干旱灾害，以及气候水文变化资料，结合古都所在地的环境资源条件分析讨论，揭示 了黄河中游环境变化和灾害对都城迁移发展的影响。都城在长安与洛阳之间的反复迁移，以及后来 的东移开封，和南移到长江下游平原，环境的变迁是重要的驱动力之一。 关键词：古代都城；自然环境；旱涝灾害；气候变化；黄河中游 中国分类号：X22 文献标识码：A Environmental change and disasters in middle reaches of the Yellow River in history：influence on migration and development of capital L／Yan，HUANG Chun—chang，YIN Shu—yan，QIU Li—hui (College of Tourism and Environment Sciences，Shaanxi Normal University，xi 710062，China) Abstract：The site selection，construction development and migration of capital should be based on the environment and resources．The ancient capital site of China removed constantly in the middle reaches of the Yellow River。and at last moved eastwards and southwards．Environmental change and disasters are important driving factors．Through data analysis of the flood and drought disasters，and discussion of the environmental and resources condition of the ancient capital site，this thesis reveals the influence of environmental changes and natural disasters on the migration of capital in the middle reaches of the Yellow River．The capital site relocated several times between Chang’an and Luoyang，then moved eastwards to Kaifeng，and southwards to the plain of the lower reaches of the Changjiang Riv— er，and environmental change is one of the important driving factors． Keywords：ancient capitanl；natural environme
