Chinese Journal of New Drugs 2007，Vo1．16 No．24 中国新药杂志2007年第16卷第24期 硫普罗宁治疗慢性病毒性肝炎的临床疗效对照研究 胡旭东，程海林，曹 荣，黄少平，徐德翠，李宏杰 (武汉市传染病医院消化内科，武汉430022) [}商要] 目的：评价硫普罗宁治疗慢性病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法：将108例慢性病毒性肝炎患者随机分为 A，B，c 3组，每组36例。分别接受4周的硫普罗宁针、还原型谷胱甘肽针、基础护肝(葡醛酸钠、肌苷)针治疗，检测患 者治疗前后肝功能，临床症状和体征的改善情况。结果：A组改善肝功能及临床症状的总有效率(86．1％)明显优于B 组(75．0％，P0．01)和c组三组(61．1％，P0．01)。A与B组肝功能ALT和ALB的改善差异无显著性(P0．05)， 但对降低AST及TBIL方面A组优于B组(P0．05)。结论：硫普罗宁能有效地改善肝功能及临床症状。 [关键词] 硫普罗宁；病毒性肝炎；疗效 [中图分类号]R975．5 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1003—3734(2007)24—2076—03 Clinical efficacy of tiopronin on chronic viral hepatitis HU Xu—dong，CHENG Hai—lin，CAO Rong，HUANG Shao—ping，XU De—cui，LI Hong-jie (Department of Liver Disease，Wuhan Infections Disease Hospital，Wuhan 430022，China) [Abstract] Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of tiopronion on chronic viral hepatitis． Methods：Totally 1 08 patients with chronic viral hepatitis were randomly divided into three groups(n= 36 for each group)，and treated for 4 weeks with tiopronion，reduced gluthion and basic liver—protecting drugs(including glucurone and inosine)，respectively．Liver function，clinical sings and symptoms were determined in all the patients at the onset and end of the treatments．Results：The overall effective rate of tiopronion(86．1％)to improve liver function and clinical symptom was markedly higher than that of re— duced gluthion(75．0％，P0．01)or basic drugs(61．1％，P0．01)．The effect of tiopronion was similar to that of reduced gluthion on decreasing ALT and ALB(P0．05)，but was superior to that of reduced gluthion on decreasing AST and TBIL(P0．05)．Conclusion：Tiopronion can effectively im— prove hepatic function and clinical signs of patients with chronic viral hepatitis． [Key words] tiopronin；viral hepatitis；efficacy 硫普罗宁、还原型谷胱甘肽、葡醛酸钠(肝泰
