ABSTRACT In 1923, Sheldon firstly put forward Corporations Social Responsibility。After the Reform and Opening up, Chinese acdemic and corporations started to research in the field of corporations social responsibility.At present, the relationship between financial performance and corporations social responsibility is one of the hot research point. .With the successful holding of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, China already became the manufacturing center of world sport products and Chinese market becomes one of the world main sports consumption markets. For Chinese sports listed enterprises, corporations social responsibility is not only a simple word but also a market strategy that need to think about. This paper looks back to the development of corporations social responsibility and introduces the definition of corporations social responsibility, the mainstream research results as well as the materials about the corporations social responsiblties . This paper researches the reasons behind the conflicts between corporations social responsibility and finanical performance. Base on the stakeholder theory and the social contract theory, the paper studies the current situation of the fulfillment of sport listed enterprises in China. Whats more, by analysis the benefits related counterparts with Chinese listed sport corporations the parper put out the model of the relationship of corporation responsibiltiy and finanical performance.
