我国女足梯队建设存在的问题及对策研究 ignorance of the athletes’ culture education and future career development, what’s more, the level of soccer league in our country is not high, sponsors and functional departments investing less, and many other problems surfaced. “Chinese women’s soccer development plan (2005-2012) pointed out: Chinese women’s soccer reserve talent pool should be built so that high level talents can be continuously provided for the first team and all levels of women’s soccer team.” A study on women’s youth football echelon construction in our cities where give priority to development of womens youth football, such as Beijing, Tianjin, Dalian, Hainan, is conducted through method of literature review, interview and logical analysis, on-the-spot investigation and case analysis in this paper. The analysis will be given from the following aspects, which is the current situation of womens youth football development, organization and management system, training and competition system, culture and education construction, social influence, funds investment and so on. The author attempts to find out the existing problems through the analysis of women’s football echelon construction in China and come up with feasible countermeasure to these questions by drawing lessons from echelon construction cases of outstanding women’s football team at home and abroad, to put forward reference for women’s football echelon construction in China.
