The fundamentals of em- bedding w atermark bit data w ith mean quantization are explained, and the w atermarking algorithm is presented for a digital audio signal. The algorithm embeds fragile w atermark into audio signals by inserting a binary image into the alternative coefficients of discrete cosine transformation. Experimental results show that the perfor- mance of this scheme is good in fragility.
