从健脾补肾论治甲状腺功能亢进症的临床探究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：观察从早期运用健脾补肾论治甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效，及对在减药 过程中病情稳定性的影响。方法：将 60 例甲亢患者随机分为治疗组（30 例）和对照 组（30 例），其中治疗组予中药加赛治（甲巯咪唑），对照组仅予赛治，疗程 6 个月， 观察其症状、心率、甲状腺肿及甲状腺功能的变化，行统计学分析。结果：本研究显 示，早期运用健脾补肾法干预治疗，能明显改善患者症状及体征，改善甲状腺功能， 并能减少在减药过程中病情的反复，综合疗效优于对照组。结论：早期运用健脾补肾 法治疗甲状腺功能亢进症具有良好的治疗作用，特别是能减少患者在减药过程中病情 的反复。 关键词 甲状腺功能亢进症；健脾补肾；临床观察 The Research on therapy of invigorating the spleen and the kidney in treating Hyperthyroidism Specialty: TCM-Endocrinology Author: Xiu Detao Tutor: Prof.Yang Wenjun Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical effects of early use of invigorating spleen and kidney in Treating Hyperthyoidism ，and drugs in the process of reducing the impact on the stability condition. Methods:sixty patients of hyperthyroidism were divided into treatment group (30cases) and control group (30cases) at random. The treatment group were treated with the herb and therapeutic dose Thiamazole Tablets;the control group were treated with therapeutic dose Thiamazole Tablets .After 6 months ，observe the changes of anxious of symptoms，heart rates ，the v olume of goiter and throid function.Results:It is improved that the therapy with early use of invigorating spleen and kidney can obvisiously relieve anxious symptopms，reduce the herat rate and minify goiter，and can reduce the drugs in the course of the disease by repeated.The all- around effect of the treatment group is superior to the control group. Conclusions: Early use of invigorating spleen and kidney in treating Hyperthyoidism with a good therapeutic effect，in particular ，can reduce the course of medication in patients with recurrent disease.
