Methods: 48 cases of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative patients were randomly divided into Sihuangsan addition group and potassium permanganate group and record two groups of edema, pain,healing time waiting for clinical symptoms change,compare two sets of clinical curative effect differences . Results: two groups of patients 7 days pain, swelling and bleeding after statisti-cs processing score comparison, below the therapeutic group,the treatment group, P 0.05, a statistically significant difference; By comparison, score fell bulge statistical treatment,the treatment group below the treatment group, P 0.05, the difference was statistically significant; Edema dispair time, wound healing time completely by t-test, P 0.05, a statistically significant difference. Conclusion: Chinese medicine flavored Sihuangsan addition fumigation mixed hemorrhoids can significantly reduce patient postoperative pain,oedema, promote wound healing, is the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative effective clinically superior formula, potassium permanganate fumigation.
