四六痛泻汤口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效视察.pdf

提 要 目的 ：观 察 四六 痛 泻 汤 口服 治疗 寒 热 虚 实错 杂 型溃 疡 性 结肠 炎 U（C ) 的临床 疗 效 并探 讨 其 作 用机 理 。 方 法 ：随机 设 四六痛泻 汤 口服 治疗 组 （30 例 ）和康 复新液 口服对照 组 （30 例 ）， 观 察 两 组 的疗 效 。 结果 ：临床研 究显示 ，治疗 组对 主要症状疗 效 ，镜 下 黏膜疗 效 ，临床 综 合疗 效等 均优 于对 照组 （尸< 0.05 )。治疗 组 能 明显 改善腹泻 、黏液 脓血 便 、腹痛 、里 急后 重等 症 状 。两 组 治疗 期 间均 未 发 生 不 良反应 。 结 论 ：四六痛 泻 汤 口服 能够 消 除或 改善 UC 临床 症 状 ，疗 效确 切 ，无 明显 副 作 用 ， 是 治疗 寒 热 虚 实错 杂 型 UC 的有 效 方 剂 。 关键 词 溃疡 性 结肠 炎 U（C ) ; 四六痛 泻 汤 加 减 ；寒 热虚 实错 杂 型 ；临床研 究 C lin ical Stu dy of T reatin g U lcerative colitis W ith th eF our-S ix T on g X ie D eco ctio n O r a l Sp eciality ： Special disease specifically drug - A u th or ： H u i Jun gu o T u tor : P rof.G uan Z hong an A b str a ct O bjective :to discu ss the clin ical effect of th e F our-S ix D ecoction oral on C old and hot V irtualand real m ixed u lcerou s colitis an d exp lore the m echan ism of it.
